We are looking for a Happiness Coordinator to boost and maintain company happiness, plan events for in-office and remote workers, motivate and reward team members, and maintain happiness across our teams 😊

During a typical day, you will... 

  • Coordinate office social events; generate ideas, decorate for gatherings, holidays, and special occasions, keep all team members updated on upcoming events; and hype events on our Zoom channels
  • Plan and coordinate weekly office lunches: research vendors, order, send invites, set up, and clean up
  • Office inventory: manage orders, restock snacks and drinks twice daily
  • Maintain office services such as checking the mail daily and distributing packages, supervising outside vendors, organizing, and distributing supplies
  • Responsible for weekly beverage and food orders
  • The main point of contact for travel, including booking flights, arranging hotel and Airbnb accommodations, arranging hotel welcome bags, planning socials and activities
  • Manage Swag: send out new hire welcome packages, anniversary, birthday, holidays, and special occasions gifts
  • Enforce and communicate office policies to ensure cleanliness and organization as a team.
  • Keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing special projects, such as internal sales competitions, and arranging exciting events for remote team members. Summarizing the information and identifying the best outcomes
  • Achieve financial objectives by preparing and following an annual budget to organize company events, office supplies, and team members' goodies 
  • Be the point of contact for all team member requests such as creating parking passes, conducting office tours, managing our daily Zoom channels
