Hands-on R&D Architect
We are looking for a hands-on R&D Architect with a strong Full Stack development background to design, prototype, and build AI-powered solutions. The ideal candidate combines solid software engineering expertise with a strong interest in emerging AI technologies and the ability to rapidly turn ideas into functional prototypes.
Requirements
- Proficient English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong hands-on experience with Python
- Solid experience with C# / .NET
- Experience working with OpenAI and/or Anthropic APIs, prompt engineering, AI agents, and MCP
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, and third-party service integrations
- Experience with SQL/PostgreSQL and basic data modeling
- Experience with React/TypeScript or similar technologies, with the ability to build functional internal UIs
- Familiarity with AWS or Azure and basic CI/CD practices
- Strong prototyping skills and ability to quickly turn ideas into working solutions
- Previous experience as a Full Stack Developer, with the ability to work across the technology stack
Nice-to-haves
- Experience designing AI-powered applications or internal tools
- Experience with AI agent frameworks and Model Context Protocol (MCP)
- Experience integrating multiple AI models and third-party services
- Understanding of cloud-native architecture and modern software development practices
- Experience working in an R&D, innovation, or rapid prototyping environment
Core Responsibilities
- Act as a hands-on R&D Architect, combining architectural thinking with strong software development skills
- Design and prototype AI-powered solutions and internal tools
- Evaluate and integrate OpenAI, Anthropic, and other AI services
- Design and implement AI agents, prompts, MCP integrations, and supporting services
- Develop backend services and integrations using Python and C#/.NET
- Build functional internal UIs using React/TypeScript or similar technologies
- Design and integrate REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth flows, and third-party services
- Work with SQL/PostgreSQL and contribute to data modeling and solution design
- Leverage AWS/Azure and CI/CD practices to support prototypes and production-ready solutions
- Rapidly validate technical concepts, identify viable approaches, and turn ideas into working prototypes
- Collaborate with engineering and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
