リモートアクセス運用サポート業務

WAN、リモートアクセス、ルーター、スイッチ（L3/L2）、FireWall、無線AP等

Cisco、Paloalto、Fortinet、Ivanti etc...

Network Specialist

We are looking for a global network specialist who can leverage their experience in network infrastructure operations and Japanese/English proficiency to manage global networks, handle inquiries and support from overseas regions, and promote projects.

Job Description:

• Management of customer's global network

• Handling inquiries and support from overseas regions

• Promotion of projects

• Remote access operations support

Role:

• Member for the management of global networks

• Handling inquiries and support from overseas regions

• Promotion of projects

Main Products:

• WAN, remote access, routers, switches (L3/L2), firewalls, wireless APs, etc.

Main Vendors:

• Cisco, Paloalto, Fortinet, Ivanti, etc.

＜応募資格/応募条件＞  
■必須条件： 
・TOEIC　650点以上(海外のお客様とコミュニケーションできること)
・ネットワーク・インフラの運用経験のある方 
・チーム内外、お客様とのコミュニケーション能力
・大阪市に在住、または勤務可能な方

 ■歓迎条件：  
・ネットワーク構築経験歓迎

Requirements:

• Fluent in Japanese

• TOEIC score of 650 or higher (must be able to communicate with overseas customers)

• Experience in network infrastructure operations

• Communication skills with team members and customers

• Must reside or be able to work in Osaka City

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in network construction is welcome
