Job Description:
- Day-to-day operation activities including, incidents, problem and change management.
- Day-to-day monitoring and troubleshooting of jobs, problems and performance issues in Hadoop clusters.
- Linux administration and script automation.
- Ready for production 24* 7 support.
- MapR, MapR DB and HBase Administraiton.
- Investigate and characterize non-trivial performance issues in various Hadoop/mapr cluster environments.

- Experience in designing, implementing and administering highly available Hadoop clusters
- Experience working with MapR vendor ecosystems
