Collaboration and teamwork: The role emphasizes collaboration and teamwork, with the Program Director working closely with other team members and stakeholders.

Flexibility and adaptability:  Must be flexible and adaptable to respond to changing market conditions and client needs.

Identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies is essential. Program Directors track program progress using key performance indicators (KPIs), evaluate outcomes, and make data-driven adjustments to optimize results.

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, or related field
  2. 15+ years overall experience with 5+ years in Program Management
  3. Proven experience managing large, complex, multi‑project programs
