GTM Product - Sr. IT Manager
Mission: Optimize and manage our MarTech platforms, ensuring seamless integration across operations, sales, marketing, and other business functions. You will drive system enhancements, streamline workflows, and provide strategic insights to support the company’s growth and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities & opportunities in this role:
- Serve as the primary administrator, including configuration, customization, and system maintenance.
- Manage user roles, permissions, and profiles to ensure secure and compliant platform access.
- Analyze and improve current workflows, ensuring scalability and alignment with company goals.
- Develop custom solutions using declarative tools and collaborate with developers for advanced customizations.
- Work closely with Sales, Operations, Marketing, and IT teams to ensure support of cross-departmental goals.
- Partner with stakeholders to design and implement integrations with other business systems and tools.
- Ensure data accuracy and perform regular audits and deduplication.
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
- Provide ongoing training and technical support to users across the organization.
- Develop and maintain documentation of processes, procedures, and system configurations.
Ideal candidates have/are:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in IT program management, with a focus on Facilities and IT Support services.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale IT programs, with a strong track record of delivery and results.
- Strong technical background, with expertise in IT systems, infrastructure, and applications.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Strong budgeting and financial management skills, with experience in managing multimillion-dollar budgets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and tactically.
- Strong team player with a collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Data Center management frameworks, such as Uptime Institute Tier Certification, is a plus.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, with the ability to track and manage key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Experience with vendor management, including contract negotiation, performance management, and issue escalation.

Compensation: At Groq, a competitive base salary is part of our comprehensive compensation package, which includes equity and benefits. For this role, the base salary range is $171,000 to $232,000, determined by your skills, qualifications, experience and internal benchmarks.
Location: Some roles may require being located near or on our primary sites, as indicated in the job description.
