Nabi is building the first AI-native health system to serve 100M patients with exceptional care over the next 10 years.
We’re starting with an agentic health system focused on treating eating disorders, empowering clinicians with AI agents to deliver continuous care. We’ve already served tens of thousands of members and raised over $10M from some of Silicon Valley’s leading venture capital firms.
As GTM Operations, you’ll manage and grow Nabi’s team of Provider Partnerships Managers. The team works in the field, meeting directly with healthcare providers to build trusted relationships and help more patients access Nabi’s care.
You will establish best practices with the team, build the team’s operating cadence, own hiring, monitor performance, and create the playbook we need to scale.
Manage and grow our Provider Partnerships Manager team, helping each person improve their performance.
Establish the team’s operating cadence, including goals, 1:1s, pipeline reviews, training, and performance management.
Own hiring for the team end to end, from defining candidate profiles and interviewing to closing and onboarding.
Monitor pipeline health and team performance, using data to identify problems, understand their root causes, and drive improvements.
Build the Provider Partnerships playbook, turning what works into clear, repeatable processes as the team scales.

What We Do
Behavioral healthcare is broken. Too often, people navigating food and body challenges are left with fragmented care, long waitlists, and treatment that doesn’t meet their real-world needs. At Nabi, we’re building something different. Our model combines the best of human connection with technology that removes barriers, creating care that is accessible, evidence-based, and centered on trust. We focus on sustainable recovery, not quick fixes, and we believe every individual deserves support that is compassionate, collaborative, and built for the long haul. We’re here to raise the standard of behavioral health - for patients, for families, and for providers.
