Rely is an AI-native platform accelerating due diligence and underwriting for the $265B multifamily real estate market.

We're a remote-first, lean team moving fast on product and already working with some of the largest multifamily owners/operators/lenders in the country. We're looking to hire a mission driven, customer success manager that wants to make an immediate impact and improve the lives of our customers.

About the Role

We’re looking for someone with deep experience performing lease audits and potentially utility, vendor contract, or financial audits within a multifamily investment or property management organization.

This person will play a critical role in shaping how customers adopt and succeed with Rely. They’ll help lead onboarding, training, support, implementation, and potentially the development of a broader services offering over time.

As Rely scales, delivering an exceptional customer experience is essential. This hire will work directly with customers to ensure audits are completed efficiently, issues are resolved quickly, and teams feel confident operating in a new AI-native workflow.

This role sits at the intersection of customer success, implementation, support, and operations.

The ideal candidate is highly resourceful, comfortable operating in ambiguity, and excited to work closely with some of the most forward-thinking teams adopting AI in real estate.

We strongly prefer candidates with experience in multifamily real estate or real estate financial services who understand the operational complexity of the industry firsthand.
