About PushPress
PushPress is building the Intelligent Industry Ledger for boutique fitness.
We’re transforming how boutique gyms operate — and how the entire $100B fitness industry connects, transacts, and grows. Trusted by 5,000+ gyms and 500,000+ members, PushPress processes over $500M annually and is backed by Altos Ventures and Mucker Capital.
We're evolving from a traditional business system of record into an AI-powered Industry Ledger — an intelligent infrastructure layer that brings order to a highly fragmented boutique fitness industry. By unifying disconnected operators, workflows, and data into a single platform, we’re enabling faster decisions, new business models, cross-gym collaboration, and network effects that increase the value of every studio in our client base.
We’re a global team of builders, operators, and fitness fanatics on a mission to level the playing field for fitness entrepreneurs. If you're ready to help reshape an industry — let’s talk.
About the Role
As a key member of our Finance team, you’ll own the financial insights and analytics that power PushPress’ go-to-market strategy. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, strategy, and execution, connecting financial rigor to how we acquire, convert, and retain customers.
You’ll partner closely with our CRO and VP of Growth to understand the drivers of revenue and efficiency across the funnel, from marketing spend to sales productivity to customer lifetime value. Your work will directly shape how we forecast growth, structure incentives, and make investment decisions across our GTM teams.
This role is highly visible across the organization, working directly with the executive team to shape revenue strategy and ensure we’re investing behind the highest-return opportunities. Reporting to the Director of Finance, you’ll help build the company’s GTM finance foundation, developing models, forecasts, and dashboards that give leadership a clear view into performance, ROI, and opportunities to scale efficiently.
What You'll Do
- Own the financial framework behind our go-to-market motion, from marketing spend to sales productivity to retention
- Build and maintain models that connect the funnel (leads → pipeline → bookings → revenue → LTV) and forecast growth
- Partner with the CRO, VP of Growth, and GTM leaders to evaluate investments, optimize channel efficiency, and guide strategic priorities
- Design and operationalize sales compensation plans that drive alignment and performance
- Develop dashboards and reporting that translate GTM performance into clear, actionable insights for leadership
- Analyze CAC, payback, and LTV trends to inform resource allocation, pricing, and budget decisions
- Support board and exec-level reporting with concise, data-backed narratives and recommendations
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years in strategic finance, FP&A, consulting, investment banking, or high-growth startups
- Strong grasp of SaaS metrics: CAC, LTV, payback, pipeline coverage, ARR, churn, retention, etc
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose complex issues and build systematic solutions
- Highly analytical with the curiosity to dig into data and the communication skills to translate insights into measurable outcomes
- Proven ability to operate autonomously while managing multiple stakeholders and priorities
- Confident presenting findings and recommendations to senior leadership, including the CRO and executive team
- Demonstrated comfort navigating ambiguity and moving quickly from idea to execution
Preferred Skills and Experience
- First principles thinker who questions assumptions and gets to the true root of problems
- Builder mentality – you'd rather ship a solution today than debate the perfect approach
- Track record of influence without authority
- Comfortable with SQL and data analysis tools to self-serve insights without waiting for help
- Natural ability to context-switch between strategic thinking and tactical execution
- Experience in B2B SaaS, marketplaces, or fitness/wellness is a plus
- Ambition to grow into a GTM Finance leader as the company scales
