About the role
Radar is hiring a GTM Engineer to design and maintain scalable, automation-rich workflows that reduce friction, ensure data accuracy, and give our GTM teams more time to sell, market, and support customers.
This is a hands-on, systems-minded role for someone with experience in GTM tooling who can see both the big picture and the fine details. You’ll partner across RevOps, Finance, Sales, Marketing, and CS to build processes that are force multipliers. You will report to our Senior Revenue Operations Manager.
This is an in-office opportunity based out of our headquarters in New York City. You'll be working from our New York office Monday-Thursday, with the opportunity to WFH on Fridays.
For candidates based in the United States, the base salary range for this full-time position is between $120,000 - $140,000/year.
In addition to cash compensation, Radar offers full-time employees stock option grants under its equity plan. This is a meaningful ownership stake in the company we provide to our employees as we build a category-defining company.
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Your exact offer may vary based on market location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
What you’ll do:
Architect intelligent, AI-native systems that drive GTM efficiency end-to-end, such as lead enrichment and routing, automated outbound, opportunity management, renewal forecasting, billing workflows, and CS automation.
Integrate and evolve our GTM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Clay, ChatGPT, Outreach, Zendesk, ZoomInfo, Gong, Webflow, etc.) into a cohesive, high-impact stack.
Create feedback loops from prospect and customer calls and signals to help our Sales teams speak our buyers’ language.
Partner with stakeholders to identify operational pain points and implement streamlined workflows that remove manual effort.
Evaluate, select, and implement new technologies aligned to business needs and scalability.
Collaborate with RevOps to monitor CRM hygiene, define data governance standards, and ensure consistent process adherence across sales stages and customer lifecycle touchpoints.
Build reports and dashboards to track KPIs like meeting velocity, pipeline, response rates, conversion rates, churn mitigation, and pipeline forecasting
You should have:
2-4 years of experience in GTM, Systems Architecture, RevOps, Marketing Ops, or other technical GTM-facing roles
Experience with Salesforce and Clay
Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, or similar) and sales engagement tools (Outreach, Salesloft, Gong, or similar)
Problem-solving mindset: you design systems, test hypotheses, iterate fast, and constantly monitor performance. You can design systems that scale, not just patch issues
Curiosity and a proactive approach to learning new, popular GTM tools and methods
The ability to translate business problems into elegant, maintainable system solutions
Strong attention to detail and high standards for data quality and process consistency
You’ll be working with:
Ciaran Ennis, Senior Revenue Operations Manager
Zach Fraser, CFO
Phil Sidoti, VP of Growth
Thomas Coleman, Senior Director of Sales
Connor Rapp, Sales Development Manager
Carly Pietrobono, VP of Customer Success
