The focus is on building clear, reliable operating models that help teams execute consistently and help the company forecast and close revenue with confidence.
You’ll report to our Director of GTM Operations and work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Finance leadership. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being close to the deals and cares deeply about getting the details right.

Work closely on strategic GTM initiatives such as sales compensation plans, territories, quota setting, and capacity planning, and turn those decisions into clear systems, processes, and reporting.
Work closely with Finance on forecasting, renewals, and month-end and quarter-end close
