GTM Engineer

More than 10,000 businesses are running AI agents on Chatbase. We started with self-serve, and now we're moving upmarket and building our sales team. We have a lot of inbound and almost no outbound machine yet. You'll build it.

Chatbase is the AI agent platform that 10,000+ businesses use to talk to their customers, from fast-growing startups to global brands like Dolby, Roche, Pearson, Bridgestone and Chuck E. Cheese. Our agents resolve millions of conversations across support, sales and operations.

We launched in 2023 and we're profitable.

This is the moment. The product is working, customers keep finding new ways to use it, and we're growing fast. Most of our biggest growth levers haven't been pulled yet. The people who join now will build the teams, playbooks and products that make Chatbase many times bigger than it is today, and they'll share in that upside.

→ Top-of-market pay, plus equity. We pay at the top end of the market, and everyone gets equity in a profitable company that's growing fast.

→ Ownership from day one. Small team, huge surface area. You'll own big outcomes and work directly with our CEO.

→ Early-stage upside. It's still early enough to get a lot of the upside, in a company that's already profitable.

You'll build and run the systems behind our sales and growth teams, from enrichment and routing to CRM and reporting. You'll report to Humphrey Su, our Head of GTM, and work with every seller and marketer on the team.

→ Outbound infrastructure: enrichment, scoring, routing and sequencing, built with Clay, APIs and AI.

→ The GTM stack: CRM, automation and reporting, so sales and growth can move faster.

→ Putting AI agents to work inside our own GTM motion wherever they beat a manual process.

→ Whatever else the team needs to move faster, shipped as fast as you can build it.

→ 3+ years in GTM engineering, RevOps or growth engineering.

→ You write code, or you're comfortable working with APIs and scripts.

→ You've built systems that sales teams actually use.

We work in person, five days a week, in downtown Toronto. We move fast and hold a high bar. If you want the steepest learning curve of your career and a stake in the outcome, you'll fit right in.

→ Base salary: CAD $110,000–$160,000.
