Who is Eleos Health?
The people who deliver care in our communities and homes do some of the most important work in healthcare. But too often, theyʼre asked to spend their time navigating paperwork, administrative burden, and problems they only discover after something has already gone wrong.
Eleos exists to change that.
Weʼre building the system of action for community-based care - helping behavioral health, hospice, home health, and other care teams spend less time reacting to problems and more time focused on the people they serve.
Powered by our Polaris AI, Eleos works alongside clinicians and their teams to understand whatʼs happening across care in real time and take action before issues become problems, reducing administrative burden, protecting revenue and compliance, and giving care teams more time and
capacity to deliver great care.
Our vision is a world where care teams can stay one step ahead, rather than constantly catching up. Weʼre helping shift an entire industry from reactive to proactive, and we need talented people to help us get there.

Who are you?
You are someone who gets energized by turning a messy, manual process into something that runs automatically and at scale. You think in systems — you see how tools, data, and workflows connect across teams, and you know how to design solutions that are coherent. You do not wait for perfect requirements, you move fast but do not compromise on things that matter. You ship, you learn, and you improve. You are excited about doing this work in a behavioral health company where the downstream impact of getting operations right is real.
How will you contribute?
- Map current-state processes, identify automation and optimization opportunities, and build end-to-end workflows that reduce manual work and improve consistency across GTM and operations
- Develop and deploy AI agents, copilots, and automation tools that support daily operations — integrating AI into existing systems to enhance decision-making and execution, not as a bolt-on layer but as a first-class component
- Connect tools, data sources, and workflows across the tech stack to ensure seamless data flow between systems and enable real-time insights and actions
- Create scalable frameworks for how workflows are built, maintained, and improved — establishing best practices for automation governance and performance tracking so others can operate and extend what you build
- Monitor workflow performance, iterate quickly based on user feedback and operational impact, and translate ambiguous stakeholder problems into structured, executable solutions
- Constantly track the AI landscape and new innovations, bringing in best practices, new tools and capabilities that move the needle
- Take charge of solution deployment end-to-end from discovery to adoption. Support teams in developing enablement and the incorporation of solutions. The platform only matters if people use it.
What qualifications and skills will help you be successful?
- Hands-on experience building production workflows using automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, n8n, Workato, or similar
- Practical experience applying AI and LLM tools to real operational workflows — including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, or open-source models — with at least one deployed example you can speak to concretely
- Logical approach, thinking in structured steps and knowing how to break down workflows, sequence them correctly, and designing how they should run before building them.
- Comfort working across both technical and non-technical stakeholders and translating between the two
- Prioritizing building and shipping over prolonged planning; moving from idea to production quickly.
- Driving initiatives forward with minimal oversight; proactively engaging the right stakeholders without being directed to. Taking ownership and leading confidently.
- Experience in teaching and change management; treating adoption as part of the job, not an afterthought. Demonstrated patience with others.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in workflow automation, AI operations, RevOps, or a technical GTM or systems role
Some nice-to-haves:
- Experience with APIs, data pipelines, or low-code / no-code platforms
- Exposure to CRM, support, or operational SaaS systems
- Background in operations, systems design, or process improvement

What We Do
Eleos is pioneering CareOps Automation. By consolidating the entire behavioral care workflow — everything from progress notes all the way to session intelligence — clinicians are freed from time-consuming operational burdens. Eleos takes care of CareOps, honing in on automating operational necessities, including all documentation, compliance administration as well as providing deep clinical insights through session intelligence. Eleos makes evidence-based behavioral care a reality so clinicians, providers and networks can measurably and comparatively track treatment and progress. Now clinicians put all their focus into care itself. So the care they aim to provide becomes the care they actually deliver. Eleos. More Care. Less Ops.
