Main Responsabilities

  • Take charge of operational activities across sales, marketing, and retention to ensure integration and efficiency

  • Manage and optimize Salesforce and related tools to improve data flow, focusing on enhancing integrations and automating processes

  • Maintain and organize CRM data to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of customer interactions across all stages of the customer journey

  • Identify inefficiencies in current operations and implement solutions to enhance overall operational effectiveness

  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and retention teams to align strategies and operations, supporting the company's go-to-market efforts

Core Requirements

  • Solid experience in operations related to sales and marketing

  • Strong understanding of and exposure to CRM systems (Salesforce)

  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail, capability to understand data structures and relationships

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical details to non-technical stakeholders

  • Eagerness to learn new technologies and implement creative solutions

Bonus points for

  • Hands-on experience building automations — Salesforce Flows, API-driven workflows, or no-code/low-code tools (n8n, Zapier, Make)

  • Hands-on experience building automations. Curiosity about learning automation tools like Salesforce Flow and API-driven workflows

  • Understanding of fundamental SaaS metrics and KPIs

  • Familiarity with sales metrics, funnel analytics, and pipeline reporting

  • Exposure to data integration patterns (APIs, middleware, ETL)

Salary Range

 
  • Gross salary range is 2700 - 4300 EUR
