Main Responsabilities
Take charge of operational activities across sales, marketing, and retention to ensure integration and efficiency
Manage and optimize Salesforce and related tools to improve data flow, focusing on enhancing integrations and automating processes
Maintain and organize CRM data to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of customer interactions across all stages of the customer journey
Identify inefficiencies in current operations and implement solutions to enhance overall operational effectiveness
Work closely with sales, marketing, and retention teams to align strategies and operations, supporting the company's go-to-market efforts
Core Requirements
Solid experience in operations related to sales and marketing
Strong understanding of and exposure to CRM systems (Salesforce)
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail, capability to understand data structures and relationships
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical details to non-technical stakeholders
Eagerness to learn new technologies and implement creative solutions
Bonus points for
Hands-on experience building automations — Salesforce Flows, API-driven workflows, or no-code/low-code tools (n8n, Zapier, Make)
Hands-on experience building automations. Curiosity about learning automation tools like Salesforce Flow and API-driven workflows
Understanding of fundamental SaaS metrics and KPIs
Familiarity with sales metrics, funnel analytics, and pipeline reporting
Exposure to data integration patterns (APIs, middleware, ETL)
Salary Range
Gross salary range is 2700 - 4300 EUR
