🎯 The role: GTM Engagement Lead

As a GTM Engagement Lead, you own one or multiple client accounts end-to-end. You are fully responsible for delivery quality, client satisfaction, and long-term expansion potential.

You operate as the project owner: leading implementation, structuring the work, driving timelines, and maintaining an active and strategic client relationship.

In practice, that means:
  • Owning accounts deployments end-to-end, from kickoff to delivery
  • Leading weekly client meetings and managing the day-to-day project flow
  • Driving implementation forward, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
  • Acting as the main point of contact for the client, including in critical moments
  • Structuring and supervising Associate work, ensuring high-quality execution
  • Deciding whether additional Associate support is required or whether execution can be handled independently
  • Providing active feedback and mentorship to Associates, with the objective of developing future Engagement Leads

You report directly to the GTM Engagement Manager for:
  • Alignment on priorities across accounts
  • Securing or resizing Associate support
  • Support in high-stakes client situations
  • Ensuring overall delivery quality and timeline commitments


👀 Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for profiles with 2–4 years of experience who are ready to take full ownership of client engagements and drive real outcomes.

Fluency in English is required (Spanish is not!). Additional languages are a strong plus.

You might come from:

  • Top-tier consulting firms
  • Strategy, RevOps, or GTM roles in high-growth SaaS companies
  • Early-stage startups with direct ownership of clients or revenue
  • Sales Engineering or implementation roles with strong client exposure

What matters most:

  • You take full ownership. You are comfortable being accountable for delivery, quality, and client outcomes.
  • You are structured and rigorous. You can manage multiple workstreams without losing clarity.
  • You are strong in front of clients. You can lead executive conversations and navigate critical moments.
  • You can both think strategically and execute hands-on.
  • You know how to mentor and elevate junior profiles.
  • You are comfortable operating in ambiguity and building structure where none exists.
  • You are excited by AI and the opportunity to redefine how software is sold in the agentic era.

This is not a coordination role. It is a delivery ownership role with real responsibility and high exposure.
