Job Description
The most exciting and enticing Enablement Team in the world is hiring! We need a talented, highly motivated GTM Enablement Specialist to join our growing team in Costa Rica and help us bring new products, features, and initiatives to the Sales organization the right way, every time. This role is based in Costa Rica and works closely with Enablement leadership and cross-functional partners at the Snap Finance home office in Salt Lake City, Utah.
As GTM Enablement Specialist, you will sit at the intersection of Sales and the departments that drive change into it, owning how that change reaches the field. You will project-manage cross-departmental initiatives coming from Marketing, Product, and our Salesforce team, coordinate launches and releases, and make sure the Sales team is ready, trained, and bought in before anything goes live. You will capture what Sales needs from the business, test that it actually works before it ships, and measure whether the change stuck once it did. Your input, ideas, and creativity will be pivotal in helping us turn major business rollouts into smooth, well-adopted wins for our sales agents and merchants. Even better, you will work with a highly talented leadership team focused on your career path and developing your skills in a way that works for you.
How you'll make an impact:
- Project-manage GTM initiatives on behalf of Sales for cross-departmental projects led by Marketing, Product, and Salesforce
- Coordinate launches and releases to the Sales organization, owning readiness checklists, communication plans, and go-live timing
- Lead change and adoption management for new tools, processes, and products
- Deliver change reporting and analysis on launch adoption and follow-up needs using Microsoft Excel and other platforms
- Own Sales business requirements intake: gather, document, and prioritize what Sales needs from upcoming changes
- Drive Sales business readiness and UAT, validating new features and workflows before release
- Coordinate Product-to-Sales release communication, translating release notes into clear, field-ready messaging
- Develop your skills working with top-tier professionals in an outstanding cultural atmosphere
- Engage in your career path and have an active role in your professional future at Snap Finance
What you'll need to succeed:
- 2+ years of experience in a Project Management, Change Management, Product Operations, GTM, or Corporate Specialist role, preferably supporting a Sales organization
- 1+ years of experience working in Sales or a People/Service-Related industry (such as retail or serving)
- Comfortable managing multiple cross-functional workstreams at once and holding partners accountable to dates without losing the relationship
- Clear, concise, engaging communication skills, both written and verbal, with professional fluency in English (Spanish a plus) and the ability to turn technical detail into plain language for the field
- Comfortable partnering with U.S.-based teams and aligning your schedule to U.S. business hours as needed
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, OneNote, and Teams
- Unrelenting attention to detail with a passion for design
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills: proactive, positive, strong follow-through, and highly professional in all interactions
- Want to work for a fast-paced, growing, and changing organization poised to dominate its industry
What would make you stand out:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Project Management Software experience (Smartsheet, Monday, Wrike, Jira, Asana, etc.)
- PMP, CAPM, Prosci, or similar project or change management certification
- Experience with UAT, release management, or working alongside Product, Engineering, or Salesforce administration teams
- Working knowledge of Salesforce (Sales Cloud) from a user or business-analyst perspective
- Experience with a sales content or enablement platform (Highspot, Seismic, Showpad, etc.)
- Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop or Canva Pro experience
- Experience in consumer finance, lease-to-own, or retail point-of-sale
