The Role:We’re looking for a creative, strategic, and marketing-focused leader to spearhead initiatives that position Magna as the market leader in foundation and protocol infrastructure. This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role where you’ll work directly with our leadership team to develop and scale the marketing function.
What You’ll Do:Own end-to-end marketing strategy, campaign execution and success measurement.
Drive go to market for new product launches and partnerships.
Set up and host industry webinars with portfolio companies of our investors.
Lead activations at key web3 industry events to engage with top protocols and partners.
Own our content strategy—blog posts, newsletters, and Twitter to amplify our voice in the space.
Partner with BD team to build and formalize partnerships with complementary companies.
Partner with the product team to drive PLG motion and funnel conversion.
6+ years of experience in web3, crypto, AI or B2B SaaS Marketing.
Experience with marketing tooling(Mixpanel, GA, posthog, hubspot, etc.), performance marketing, and reporting/measuring marketing metrics.
Proven track record of driving marketing & ecosystem engagement through events, content, and partnerships.
Ability to work cross-functionally with leadership, clients, and partners to execute high-impact initiatives.
A self-starter mentality—you thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
