About the role
We're hiring a GTM Chief of Staff to work directly with Clément, our VP of Sales & Partnerships and the broader revenue leadership team.
This is a strategic role at the heart of Riot's commercial engine. You will own processes and strategic projects that keep our GTM organization aligned and moving fast.
This position is a perfect mix of run and build role. You will own revenue activities to support the GTM organization and build key projects to help us scale efficiently.
What you will do 🤝
- Orchestrate and optimize overall revenue routines: forecast calls, pipeline reviews, monthly business reviews, sales kick-offs, board meetings.
- Help build operating model with finance: headcount planning, capacity models, role definitions, ramp assumptions.
- Ensure GTM decisions are backed by the right data and surfaced to the right people at the right time.
- Support the VP of Sales & Partnerships on strategic priorities, board materials, and leadership alignment.
- Drive coordination between Revenue and key cross-functional teams (Product, Finance, HR).
- Partnerships: Identify, structure and activate GTM partnerships: channel partners, resellers, strategic alliances, to open new segments and geographies.
- New products and markets: lead GTM strategy for new product lines or new markets to launch, and define the relevant GTM strategy, including pricing strategy.
- Sales knowledge: help define the full learning journey: onboarding, continuous learning, and product updates.
- Playbooks: build the tools and frameworks that help sales managers lead effectively.
- Compensation: Design and iterate on compensation and incentive structures across the sales organization.

Who you are 👀
- 3–5 years of experience in strategy consulting and/or in a strategy and operations role at a fast-growing tech company.
- You don't wait for perfect information to move forward: you go from messy brief to clear action plan fast.
- You have strong analytical skills and you are comfortable with market sizing and business case development.
- Excellent communicator, written and verbal. You are used to working across functions.
- You don't need to be an expert on cybersecurity, but you need to be motivated by the mission.
- You speak French and English fluently.
- You are based in Paris or willing to relocate.

Skills Required
- 3-5 years of experience in strategy consulting and/or strategy and operations at a fast-growing tech company
- Strong analytical skills, comfortable with market sizing and business case development

- Fluent in French and English
- Based in Paris or willing to relocate to Paris
- Ability to move from ambiguous briefs to clear action plans quickly
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Finance, HR and Revenue teams
