The role
The GTM Business Operations Analyst plays a key role in
designing, improving, and scaling the operational processes that power Soldo’s
GTM organisation.
As part of the GTM Business Operations team, you will work
across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Onboarding, Pricing & Billing to
identify operational inefficiencies, redesign processes, and help implement
scalable solutions that improve the customer and employee experience.
This is a highly hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys
solving operational problems, improving how teams work, and driving meaningful
change in a fast-moving SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities
Process Design & Optimisation
- Continuously
identify opportunities to improve GTM processes across Sales, Customer
Success, Marketing, Onboarding, Pricing & Billing, and related
operational areas.
- Support
process redesign initiatives, analyse existing workflows, partnering with
stakeholders to simplify, remove friction, and improve scalability.
Operations Monitoring
- Analyse
operational data, workflows, and stakeholder feedback to identify
opportunities for improvement.
- Support
the development of business cases and recommendations for operational
change.
Exception Management
- Identify
operational exceptions, process breakdowns, and recurring points of
friction across GTM workflows.
- Establish
sustainable operational controls and standardised processes to reduce
recurring issues over time.
Special Projects & New Initiatives
- Support
the launch of new GTM motions, operational models, and cross-functional
initiatives.
- Support
project delivery from problem definition through implementation,
coordinating activities across stakeholders and workstreams.
Must Have
- Relevant
experience in a Business Operations, Operations Analyst, Business Analyst,
RevOps, Consulting, or similar role.
- Strong
process-oriented mindset with an ability to identify inefficiencies and
design scalable improvements.
- Experience
working cross-functionally in fast-paced operational environments.
- Strong
problem-solving and organisational skills, with attention to detail and
ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Experience
working with operational systems and technology platforms such as
Salesforce or similar business systems.
- Ability
to translate business problems into structured operational solutions.
- Strong
communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to
collaborate effectively across both business and technical teams.
- Experience
documenting and mapping business processes using flowcharts, process maps,
or similar techniques.
- Experience
working with spreadsheets, reporting tools, and operational datasets to
investigate problems and quantify opportunities.
- Interest
in operational excellence, automation, AI-enabled workflows, and scalable
SaaS operations.
- Experience
supporting process implementation, transformation projects, or operational
change initiatives is preferred. Familiarity with Revenue Operations, GTM
processes, or SaaS commercial operations is advantageous.
