Job Description
We're hiring a hungry GTM Associate to drive new business for Paraform.
You'll source deals with some of the best companies in the work and help build out the playbook and continue Paraform's exponential growth. Folks need to be willing to grind, but we also need creative thinkers who have high clockspeed, can implement time-saving structure & process, and generate new ideas that accelerate growth.
As an early business hire, you'll work closely with our GTM leadership team to expand Paraform's global footprint, and build a world-class sales team.
0 - 2 years of experience as a top performing SDR at a high velocity startup or in finance
Top performer - track record of top sales performance: quick promotions, consistently beating quota
Have done something most people haven't – started a company, won a hackathon, qualified for the Olympics, etc.
Previously cold-outbounded your way into at least one incredible opportunity you had no business getting
Source new sales opportunities through inbound qualification and outbound outreach
Qualify prospects through consultative selling
Grow top of sales funnel through warm and cold outbound campaigns
Test and iterate on experimental marketing and GTM motions
Maintain accurate client relationship data within Salesforce

Skills Required
- 0–2 years of experience as a top-performing SDR at a high-velocity startup or in finance
- Track record of strong sales performance, including quick promotions and consistently exceeding quota
- Evidence of exceptional achievement, such as starting a company, winning a hackathon, or qualifying for the Olympics
- Previous success cold-outbounding into an exceptional opportunity
