We are looking for a commercially driven GT Channel Manager to lead channel growth and execution excellence in Laos. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys turning strategy into action, working cross-functionally, and driving business growth through strong channel management and market execution.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the development and execution of channel strategies for the Laos market, with a strong focus on General Trade.
  • Translate category growth plans into actionable channel initiatives that drive sales, market share, distribution, and profitability.
  • Monitor channel performance, including sell-in, sell-out, distribution, and market share, and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Manage and optimize trade investments, including BMI and Trade Terms Spending (TTS), ensuring strong ROI and budget compliance.
  • Partner closely with Category, CSP, CD Excellence, and Field Sales teams to bring plans to life in the market.
  • Drive execution excellence through Perfect Store implementation, promotional activations, and in-store visibility programs.
  • Analyze sales data, shopper insights, competitor activity, and market trends to support business decisions and improve performance.
  • Leverage digital and data-driven tools to improve channel effectiveness and execution quality.
  • Build future-ready capabilities and champion continuous improvement across the channel team.

What We're Looking For

  • 3-5 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Channel Management, Sales, Customer Development, or a related FMCG commercial role.
  • Strong understanding of General Trade channel dynamics and route-to-market strategies.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing channel plans that deliver business results.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, with experience managing trade investments and budgets.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively across multiple functions and influence without authority.
  • Experience with Perfect Store and field sales execution is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with digital and AI-enabled tools is a plus.
  • Growth mindset, strong ownership, and a passion for winning in the marketplace.
