Position Overview
We are looking for a GSOC Analyst who will be embedded at Creative Artists Agency, a leading entertainment and sports agency based in Los Angeles.
The GSOC Analyst will serve as a key member of a team responsible for providing essential service support for all safety, security, and crises impacting Creative Artists Agency (CAA) facilities, personnel, and operations on a global scale.
This role integrates the duties of access control management, security systems support, emergency response coordination, and threat intelligence analysis, emphasizing the importance of effective communication, collaboration, and proactive security measures in safeguarding CAA's global operations and personnel.
This is a full-time on-site position with competitive benefits. This role follows a four-day schedule with 12-hour shifts, totaling 48 hours per week, with overtime compensation.
Shift Schedule: Thursday–Sunday ; beginning Thursday night at 6:00 PM and ending Monday morning at 6:00 AM.
Essential Job Functions
- Ensure seamless operations in onboarding new employees through access control, badging, parking access, and decommissioning users as necessary, maintaining accurate access control levels for all employees.
- Verify, input, process, print, and maintain all badging and access control information, generating reports related to occupancy and access.
- Coordinate tasks related to security camera and video management systems, alarms, and other technologies, assisting in their maintenance and day-to-day operations.
- Serve as a front-facing representative for the Security & Safety team, providing customer service-oriented support and acting as the primary contact for access control system troubleshooting and emergency issues.
- Coordinate closely with key stakeholders from HR, IT/Tech, Facilities Operations, and building management to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
- Assist in additional responsibilities related to video management systems and other physical security operations support as directed by Global Safety & Security leadership.
- Review and analyze intelligence data feeds to mitigate and report threats to CAA property, employees, and stakeholders, contributing to proactive security measures.
- Collaborate with the Intelligence team to interpret threat data and develop messaging to local leadership.
- Support emergency management efforts by coordinating responses to major incidents, crafting clear communications, and assisting in the activation of the Incident Assessment Team when appropriate.
Required Skills and Experience
- 2-4 years relevant experience and/or education in relevant roles related to operations, tech, security, etc.
- Experience with: Genetec or other security technology hardware and software; Security camera systems and operations; project management; Microsoft Office Suite; Crime prevention through environmental design (CPTED).
- Strong sense of teamwork, flexibility, and problem-solving skills. Able to work collaboratively and build productive relationships, both external and internal - across levels and functions.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Skills Required
- 2-4 years relevant experience in operations, security, or related roles
- Experience with Genetec or other security technology hardware and software
- Experience with security camera systems and video management systems
- Experience with access control and badging systems (including parking access)
- Experience with alarm systems and security systems troubleshooting
- Project management experience
