The Role

Do you have a knack for turning complex data into actionable strategies that drive meaningful growth? Tier 11 is searching for a Growth Strategist to be at the heart of our mission: helping purpose-driven businesses achieve their vision through strategic, data-driven marketing. In this pivotal role, you'll lead comprehensive growth strategies across two distinct marketing pods, each dedicated to serving a diverse client base. You'll be responsible for guiding and shaping strategic direction, working closely with cross-functional experts and Client Success Owners to co-create strategies that drive transformational results across the entire customer journey.

The Growth Strategist is pivotal in connecting strategic insight with tactical execution across multiple marketing disciplines. By interpreting complex data through the lens of client business objectives, you will drive strategies that deliver measurable outcomes, continuously improving performance and fostering long-term client partnerships.
What You'll Do
  • Lead the development and execution of full-funnel, data-driven growth strategies tailored to client objectives.
  • Communicate strategic insights clearly to clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment and trust.
  • Collaborate closely with Traffic, Creative, CRO, Email, Organic, and Data teams, directing unified strategic execution.
  • Implement and optimize Marketing Performance Indicators (MPIs), ensuring alignment with client goals.
  • Regularly analyze performance data to identify and prioritize optimization and growth opportunities.

  • Proficient with strategic tools and platforms such as Wicked Reports, Databox, and Google Sheets
  • Advanced communication and collaboration skills
     
Required Experience
  • 5+ years in performance marketing, growth strategy, or digital marketing
  • Hands-on experience managing multi-channel digital marketing strategies
  • Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration with creative, media, CRO, and data teams
  • Client-facing experience with demonstrated success in strategic client communication
