You'll be responsible for guiding and shaping strategic direction, working closely with cross-functional experts and Client Success Owners to co-create strategies that drive transformational results across the entire customer journey.

- Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration with creative, media, CRO, and data teams
- Client-facing experience with demonstrated success in strategic client communication
