As a Growth Product Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping our flagship software product — Trezor Suite. We’re looking for a skilled senior-level professional who’s passionate about crypto and ready to make an impact.

• Lead the entire product development cycle — from discovery to development and the launch of innovative products and features

• Develop and execute a growth-focused mobile-first product strategy that aligns with our mission, user needs, and business goals

• Drive product discovery in cooperation with Research and Data teams: deeply understand customer problems, validate solutions, and ensure continuous learning from real user feedback

• Define and optimize acquisition, activation, retention, and referral loops to scale user adoption

• Lead a dedicated cross-functional team to discover, prioritize, and deliver solutions that drive meaningful outcomes for both users and the business

• Translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications — and vice versa

• Define the scope and roadmap for new features and improvements, and manage backlog and project planning activities

• Stay ahead of crypto and Web3 trends to identify emerging opportunities for product-led growth

• Crypto Native: Proven track record of deep bitcoin and crypto knowledge and/or strong interest (e.g., active DeFi user, DAO contributor, NFT/Web3 builder, or extensive crypto wallet experience)

• Growth Product Experience: Minimum 4 years as a Product Manager (ideally in crypto/fintech) with a focus on growth — running experiments, optimizing funnels, and driving measurable impact

• Ability to think strategically and manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and iteration

• Strong stakeholder and team management skills — high EQ and the ability to clearly articulate product requirements across technical and non-technical audiences

• Very good understanding of technical requirements, with a focus on front-end development and building seamless UI/UX flows on mobile and desktop platforms

• Data-driven mindset: experience with analytics, experimentation, and A/B testing

• A positive attitude toward creative problem-solving and ownership — comfortable navigating uncertainty

• Fluency in English

• Experience with growth loops in decentralized ecosystems (token incentives, referrals, community-driven adoption)

• Familiarity with blockchain integrations and technical literacy to work closely with engineers

• Track record of shipping growth features that directly influenced KPIs at scale
