We’re looking for a Growth & Product Manager — a dynamic operator who can move seamlessly between strategy and execution, managing both growth campaigns and digital products from idea to impact.
What You’ll DoLead end-to-end growth projects — from conceptualization to execution, reporting, and optimization.
Oversee product development — from PRD creation to sprint management, iterations, delivery, and maintenance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (strategy, design, tech, and marketing) to bring ideas to life.
Build data-backed growth systems that drive acquisition, conversion, and retention.
Ensure seamless delivery of client projects with measurable ROI and business outcomes.
Proven experience managing growth, product, or marketing operations.
Strong understanding of digital products, performance marketing, and analytics.
Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
