As the Growth Product Analytics Team Leader at Artlist, you will play a key role in driving our product’s success by leading the analysis of user behavior prior to conversion. You'll provide actionable insights and data-driven recommendations that identify new business opportunities and fuel our product growth. In this critical role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to align product strategies with business goals and ensure that our product product keep growing and staying ahead in a competitive market.

  • Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover new opportunities for product optimization and growth.
  • Develop and manage key metrics to measure product health and business performance, driving continuous improvement across all user journey stages.
  • Partner with product squads and strategic stakeholders to define and prioritize initiatives that drive growth and product success.
  • Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests and other advanced product analytics methodologies to evaluate product performance and optimize user engagement.
  • Build and maintain dynamic dashboards and product-related analyses to support decision-making across various teams and roles within the organization.
  • Serve as the analytical point of contact for management and key stakeholders, ensuring that product data is leveraged to inform business strategies and decisions.


Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience as a product analyst, preferably in SaaS companies.
  • 2+ years of experience leading product analytics teams, ideally within a SaaS or tech-driven environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with a broad business perspective, enabling you to identify trends and translate data insights into strategic business decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to tell compelling data stories to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to quickly adapt and thrive in a highly dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced SQL skills and a deep understanding of data analysis techniques.
  • Expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) 
  • High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presenting findings.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Solid foundation in statistics, with hands-on experience in using statistical methods for data analysis.

Education Requirements:

  • B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
