- Define and execute the targeting strategy: Identify who to target based on specific industries and key business signals.
- Build the lead engine: Source raw data, enrich it, score it, and dynamically allocate the best opportunities to the Sales team. You will use a mix of off-the-shelf databases and custom scraping (leveraging AI like Claude Code to rapidly write Python scripts and bypass technical roadblocks).
- Deliver impeccable quality: Ensure the data provided is highly accurate and actionable to maximize the lead conversion rate and total outbound generated.
Automation & AI Industrialization (The “Machine”)
- Scale the workflows: Transition our current lead generation process from a manual approach into a highly intelligent, industrial-scale machine by building complex, robust API workflows and automated sequences on platforms like n8n.
- Streamline Sales operations: Leverage the modern AI & no-code stack to automate outbound processes, structure data pipelines, and completely eliminate time-consuming, repetitive tasks for the Sales teams.
European Expansion
- Drive international growth: Rebalance our outbound efforts by expanding beyond France focus to elevate Spain and Italy to the exact same level of performance.
- Adapt to local markets: Understand and integrate the specific sourcing nuances and methodologies required for the Spanish and Italian markets.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Strategy
- Act as the central bridge: Create a permanent “feedback loop” between the Growth, Marketing, and Sales departments to continuously improve workflows and strategies.
- Build internal trust: Become the trusted partner of our international Sales teams by consistently delivering top-tier data and proven methodologies.
- Evangelize and pitch: Confidently present your ideas internally, translate complex technical subjects for business teams, and share strategic insights directly with leadership and the exec team.
You have at least 2 to 3 years of experience, including 2 years in a Lead Generation role and a successful initial experience within the Growth department of a high-growth organization;
- You are completely fluent in both French and English (C1 level minimum), Spanish and Italian is a bonus.
You possess a strong understanding of business challenges combined with a natural appetite for technical and data-related subjects;
You are proficient in SQL & Python, or you are an expert in leveraging ChatGPT or Claude;
You are competitive, you don’t give up easily, and you are always looking to push your limits;
You know how to analyze numerical data and base your decisions on concrete, factual evidence;
You are capable of building a strategy and an approach autonomously;

Qualification (30-45 min): Interview with Paul (Senior Talent Acquisition) including an English test to validate the international dimension (C1, C2).
Technical Immersion (1h00 - In-person): Discussion with our VP Sales and VP Marketing (your future manager). This stage includes a live Case Study: a real-world scraping simulation.
International Fit (30 min): Final discussion with our Chief of Staff to delve deeper into the challenges related to international deployment.
