Key Responsibilities:
- Build, manage, and optimize outreach campaigns using CRM platforms such as HubSpot and Apollo
- Analyze campaign performance and identify patterns in messaging, targeting, and engagement
- Develop and automate email sequences, newsletters, and marketing workflows
- Create systems that improve lead generation, nurture prospects, and increase operational efficiency
- Experiment with AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) to streamline marketing, content creation, and outreach processes
- Help improve Foreko's online visibility through content, digital marketing initiatives, and growth experiments
- Assist with marketing content creation, including website updates, product launch materials, videos, and promotional assets
- Evaluate and implement automation opportunities across the customer acquisition funnel
- Understand how data moves between systems and help improve reporting, attribution, and workflow efficiency
- Collaborate with the team to test new growth channels and marketing strategies

- Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn quickly
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic analytical skills and the ability to interpret campaign or marketing performance data
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Apollo, Salesforce, or similar tools
- Interest in marketing technology, automation, growth strategy, or customer acquisition
- Comfortable using AI tools and Large Language Models (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) to improve productivity and workflows
- Self-starter who enjoys figuring things out and building processes from the ground up
Bonus Points:
Familiarity with CPG, retail, or supply chain
Experience with tools like Clay, Apollo, Instantly, or Make/Zapier

Additional Details:
- Pay Range: $15/hr
- Schedule: 40-hour week: typically 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday-Friday
- Length of Internship: 3 months with the potential to convert to a full-time opportunity based on employer demand
- Location: Bentonville, Arkansas, Hybrid Schedule (3 days in office)
