As we continue to grow, we are expanding our marketing execution capacity to scale vendor and partner co-marketing programs across multiple markets. We are looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team and support the planning, execution and optimisation of marketing activities that drive partner engagement, demand generation and business growth across SE Europe.
In this role, you will work closely with the Growth Marketing Strategist, Sales, Product and Vendor teams to support campaigns, events, digital activities, content creation and partner communications. You will be involved in the day-to-day execution of marketing initiatives, helping us turn ideas into clear actions, measurable campaigns and meaningful engagement with our ecosystem.
Your responsibilities will include
- Supporting the execution of multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, website, Marketplace, paid media and partner channels.
- Assisting with website and Marketplace content updates, ensuring that information is accurate, clear and aligned with current campaigns and vendor activities.
- Coordinating email marketing campaigns and partner newsletters, including content preparation, audience segmentation, scheduling and basic performance tracking.
- Publishing and scheduling content across LinkedIn and other social media channels, while supporting the development of engaging posts and campaign messaging.
- Supporting SEO initiatives, including content optimisation, keyword updates, metadata improvements and coordination with internal or external stakeholders.
- Assisting with Google Ads and social ads campaign execution, optimisation and reporting.
- Helping organise webinars, partner events, vendor marketing activities and digital activations across SE Europe.
- Updating CRM records and supporting marketing automation workflows to ensure campaign data, leads and partner information are properly maintained.
- Coordinating with designers, agencies and internal teams to produce marketing assets, campaign creatives, landing pages, presentations and promotional materials.
- Monitoring campaign performance and preparing marketing reports with key results, insights and recommendations.
- Supporting partner marketing initiatives, vendor-funded campaigns and day-to-day marketing operations.
- Conducting basic market and competitor research to support campaign planning, content ideas and growth opportunities.
- Collaborating closely with the Growth Marketing, Sales, Product, Partner Success and Vendor teams to ensure smooth execution and alignment across initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, communications, campaign execution or a similar role. Experience in the technology sector will be considered a plus.
- Strong interest in growth marketing, digital campaigns, channel marketing, B2B communication and the technology ecosystem.
- Good understanding of digital marketing channels, including email marketing, social media, content marketing, paid media and performance tracking.
- Ability to support the preparation, execution and monitoring of marketing activities and budgets.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams, partners, vendors and external agencies.
- Ability to support third-party agencies in the preparation of paid advertising campaigns, creatives, events and publications.
- Good analytical mindset, with the ability to read campaign results, understand key metrics and contribute to performance improvement.
- Fluent in English and Greek, both written and verbal.
- Organized, proactive and detail-oriented, with a willingness to learn and grow within a fast-moving marketing environment.
- Comfortable working on multiple tasks, deadlines and campaign requirements at the same time.
