In this temporary role, you’ll step in to deliver the end-to-end campaign execution that drives sponsorship bookings, and pipeline for our events. You’ll be a skilled HubSpot user and an exceptional writer who can turn strategy into compelling email, social, and ad copy that performs. - Build, schedule, and manage event email programs in HubSpot, including invitations, reminders, and post-event nurture, along with landing pages, forms, lists, and workflows.
- Write clear, engaging, on-brand copy for email, social, and ads that drives sponsor bookings.
- Consult and help manage paid social and search campaigns that support event promotion, monitoring spend and optimizing for lead quality and volume.
- Coordinate event promotion timelines and campaign calendars with the broader Marketing, Sales, and Events teams.
- Partner with Marketing Operations to ensure accurate lead capture, list segmentation, routing, and attribution for event campaigns.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance (open rates, click-through, registrations, attendance, and pipeline influence), and use insights to test and optimize.
- Maintain documentation, templates, and handoff notes to ensure a smooth transition at the start and end of the coverage period.
Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of experience in B2B marketing, with hands-on experience in campaign execution, demand generation, or growth marketing.
- Strong proficiency in HubSpot (email, landing pages, forms, lists, workflows, and reporting).
- Exceptional writing skills, with a proven ability to craft compelling email, social, and ad copy and adapt tone for different audiences and channels.
- Experience supporting or promoting events (virtual or in-person) with a focus on driving sponsorships.
- Working knowledge of paid advertising platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads) and campaign analytics.
- Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines independently.
- Analytical mindset with a passion for testing and performance optimization.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and quickly ramp up in a temporary capacity.
- Experience in the technology or SaaS industry is highly preferred.
