Role Overview

We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to take ownership of our CRM and marketing automation strategy, driving growth through data-driven experimentation, thoughtful content planning, and performance optimization across multiple channels.

This role will be central in building and managing marketing sequences, designing A/B tests for email and SMS campaigns, and ensuring messaging is optimized for engagement and conversion. You’ll also lead our monthly marketing calendar—planning content, newsletters, and pricing updates—while shaping blog content strategy and ensuring alignment across campaigns.

Additionally, you will manage our email agency partnership, spearhead lead generation testing across channels, and provide actionable insights to improve creative, copy, and conversion performance.

Key Responsibilities
    • CRM & Automation
      • Build, optimize, and manage marketing sequences across email and SMS.
      • Implement A/B testing for copy, subject lines, CTAs, and workflows to improve engagement and conversion.
      • Ensure best practices in segmentation, personalization, and automation.
    • Marketing Calendar & Content
      • Own the monthly marketing calendar, coordinating campaigns, pricing updates, newsletters, and product features.
      • Provide input into blog content strategy and help prioritize topics aligned with customer needs.
      • Work cross-functionally to integrate content into email and broader campaigns.
    • Agency & Partnerships
      • Manage the relationship with our external email agency, ensuring alignment on deliverables, timelines, and performance.
      • Collaborate with design and content partners to deliver compelling creative and messaging.
    • Growth & Experimentation
      • Run A/B tests across creative, copy, and campaigns to drive lead generation and improve funnel performance.
      • Analyze results, report on KPIs, and provide insights to guide strategy.
      • Identify and test new marketing opportunities and channels.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3+ years in growth marketing, CRM, or marketing automation roles.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Marketo, Braze, or similar).
  • Strong background in A/B testing and campaign optimization.
  • Experience managing marketing calendars and executing multi-channel campaigns.
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance and translate data into actionable insights.
  • Experience managing external agencies or vendor relationships.
  • Familiarity with financial services, fintech, or B2B SaaS industries.
  • Knowledge of deliverability, compliance, and list management best practices.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.

    Benefits
    • Our benefits are designed for your total wellbeing and include:
    • Competitive salary and compensation package
    • Comprehensive medical, dental and vision coverage
    • Monthly fitness and wellness stipend
    • Healthy snacks, beverages and meals at the office
    • Company-sponsored events and volunteering opportunities
    • Unlimited PTO
    • 16 weeks of parental leave
    • Short- and long-term disability coverage
    • Life insurance policy
