- Growth Hacking for Web3: Develop and execute creative, data-driven growth hacking strategies tailored to the Web3 ecosystem, leveraging blockchain technology, incentives, and gamified experiences to maximize user acquisition and retention.
- Digital Marketing Execution: Manage and optimize digital campaigns across SEO, organic, paid, owned, social media, email marketing, content marketing and Web3-specific channels. Understand when and how to utilize platforms like Hypelab, Google, Meta, X, Braze, and Addressable to scale growth. Implement on and off chain analytics to drive conversions and engagement.
- Community Engagement: Collaborate with community teams to strengthen relationships with users, amplify user-generated content, and drive brand advocacy.
- Content Creation and Management: Work closely with content creators to produce high-quality materials that contribute to growth, including blogs, social media posts, newsletters, videos, and more, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of campaigns, identify trends, and inform marketing strategies. Familiarity with Mixpanel and Google Analytics.
- Online Event Activations: Work with community managers to plan and execute online events and activations to create engaged experiences, enhance community engagement, and drive growth.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to ensure Dapper Labs remains a leader in the blockchain and Web3 space.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, community, and creative teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts that support company goals.
About you:
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
- Creative thinker with an entrepreneurial spirit and/or background with the ability to adapt strategies in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills with experience crafting compelling campaigns.
- Proven experience in marketing roles, ideally in the tech, blockchain, entertainment, sports or gaming industries.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools to measure, track, and optimize campaign performance.
- Experience managing budgets and resources to achieve measurable results.
- Passion for blockchain technology and a deep understanding of Web3 ecosystems.
- Ideally you have bought NFT’s, tokens and/or cryptocurrencies.
- Strong leadership and team collaboration skills
- Proven experience in marketing roles, ideally in the tech, blockchain, entertainment, sports or gaming industries.
