About the role:

Parallax is seeking a skilled Growth Marketing Manager in our Edina, MN office to lead our marketing initiatives and drive significant pipeline growth.

In this role, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and optimizing our marketing channels as well as content marketing execution. You will develop growth strategies, forecast and report on campaign performance, and work closely with other team leaders to align growth efforts with broader company objectives.

This position reports into the Sales & Marketing leadership and requires an analytical mindset, a flair for creativity, and a proven track record in driving successful digital marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, manage, develop and optimize performance of marketing channels including digital (email, social media and website management), paid and organic search, partner marketing and virtual and in-person events.
  • Forecast, measure, and analyze campaign performance across the funnel.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams for trial conversion and customer cross-sell opportunities.
  • Guide paid efforts across channels, balancing growth and ad spend.
  • Oversee program testing, and analysis for continuous improvement.
  • Develop content strategies to maximize engagement and lead conversions.
  • Enable the AEs and BDRs with sales tools to increase sales close ratio. 
  • Support Sales Operations to ensure maximized efficiency and data accuracy. 

 

Qualification:

  • 4+ years of experience in user acquisition and growth marketing, preferably for a SaaS solution.
  • Expertise in Google Paid Search, LinkedIn advertising, Display, Retargeting, and SEO.
  • Experience leading content marketing strategies
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
