Your Adventure Ahead

  • Work directly with the Head of Marketing to grow the brand and drive user acquisition
  • Deep understanding of business KPIs. Responsible for developing, planning, and executing growth marketing strategy and initiatives to drive user acquisition and other related marketing KPIs with efficiency
  • Measure and report the performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Cross-functional collaboration: effectively collaborate with teams across the business, local & regional, and functions including e.g., commercial, creative design, and customer service 
  • Constantly be abreast of and review the digital & social landscape to sharpen the marketing strategies and plans in place 
  • Manage relationships with marketing agencies, KOL, media, and publishers. Explore new collaboration/partnership opportunities with external partners and maintain the relationship with current partners
  • Creative management. To implement and maximize our content strategy on digital and traditional marketing material

Essentials to Succeed

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in Growth Marketing responsible for executing and optimizing marketing campaigns, preferably in a reputable retail/ eCommerce/ food delivery/ health & beauty/ loyalty program/ fintech business
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business / Marketing or related discipline
  • Strong growth track record, with samples and results of past campaigns 
  • Hands-on experience in handling KOL (YouTuber, Instagram, XHS, blogger), SEO/SEM, social media, video advertising, and performance marketing. Experience in PR field is a plus 
  • Self-starter, outgoing, and able to work independently under pressure and tight timelines.
  • Creative mindset with problem-solving and data-driven thinking.
  • Experienced in working with agencies to drive quality deliverables and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Sociable character and positive attitude toward new challenges
  • Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English to communicate effectively with stakeholders in the Hong Kong market; excellent in verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical skills. Experience with SQL is a plus
