What You’ll Do
- Manage end to end growth strategy and execution: Drive acquisition and revenue growth through performance marketing, partnerships, and lifecycle programs while continuously optimizing funnel performance.
- Scale multi channel acquisition: Build and optimize programs with a focus on measurable growth and CAC discipline across including but not limited to Paid search and shopping; Paid social (Meta, TikTok, Pmax, etc.); Affiliate and partnership programs; Influencer and creator collaborations; Lead generation; Local and community based partnerships
- Deepen customer and segment insights: Develop data-driven deep expertise in Good Eggs’ core and emerging audiences, including families, busy urban professionals, and both millennial and Gen Z, translating consumer insights into messaging and acquisition strategies that resonate in the DTC grocery and meal delivery space.
- Shape strategies that serve distinct needs across segments, from weekly meal planning and family solutions to convenience driven, discovery oriented, ready to eat and smaller basket occasions.
- Drive experimentation and conversion optimization: Lead A/ B testing and conversion initiatives across Landing pages; Creative and messaging; Offers and promotions; Checkout and signup flows; Email and lifecycle journeys
- Cross functional partnership: Work closely with Marketing, Merchandising, Culinary, Product, and Operations teams to translate product launches, seasonal moments, and assortment expansions into acquisition and growth opportunities.
- Performance analytics and optimization: Own performance measurement and reporting, tracking CAC, conversion, retention, ROAS, and LTV by channel, and continuously reallocate spend toward highest performing levers.
- Agency and partner management: Manage agencies and contractors when needed, ensuring speed, accountability, and strong ROI.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Good Eggs’ digital growth strategy to drive acquisition, engagement, and conversion.
- Own performance marketing channels including paid social, SEM, display, streaming, and emerging acquisition platforms to meet both CAC and growth objectives
- Define and manage funnel performance metrics including CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and retention, with clear accountability to Company payback and profitability goals
- Plan and optimize campaigns across awareness, consideration, and conversion stages.
- Develop messaging, landing pages, and offers that increase acquisition efficiency.
- Lead lifecycle and email automation strategies supporting onboarding and retention.
- Oversee reporting and performance analytics for leadership visibility.
- Continuously identify growth opportunities and implement data driven improvements that increase efficiency and customer value
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to translate marketing insights into business impact.
- Stay current on performance marketing trends, grocery and food delivery competition, and evolving consumer behavior.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in growth, performance, or digital marketing
- Proven track record managing acquisition channels and optimizing full funnel performance.
- Strong expertise in paid media, lifecycle marketing, and conversion optimization.
- Highly analytical with experience using attribution and analytics tools.
- Excellent collaboration and leadership skills in cross functional environments.
- Strong ownership mindset and accountability to measurable business results in a lean environment
- Passion for food, sustainability, and building a better food system.
- Experience in grocery, food delivery, or DTC consumer brands is a strong plus.
