The RoleLindy is looking for a data-driven Growth Marketing Lead to lead our performance marketing, SEO, partnerships, and lifecycle campaigns. You’ll own full-funnel growth—from acquisition to retention—running experiments, optimizing channels, and driving measurable results. Ideal for a scrappy, analytical marketer who loves building from zero to one.

Who You AreProven growth channel expertise across organic, paid, owned and partnerships
Self starter with incredible hunger and drive to find creative and efficient paths for revenue and customer growth
Rapid experimenter and highly analytical thinker
Knowledge and experience with modern growth stacks and measurement/attribution methodologies
Experience with no-code or workflow automation solutions
Background in AI/ML products
Proven track record in high-growth startup environments
