We are looking for an experienced and driven
Growth Marketing Director at Beyond Investments to accelerate sales and marketing goals for two of our SaaS product lines in the payment collection space (Dash & PDCflow). This is a unique opportunity for a proven marketer who can act as both a strategic leader and a contributor—someone willing to take ownership from inception, create and execute initiatives that drive measurable growth.

This role requires someone who thrives in product-led growth (PLG) environments, understands how to create inbound lead channels, and has a proven track record of growing digital brand awareness and turning that growth into paying customers. The ideal candidate is forward-thinking, technology-driven, and thrives on experimentation, learning, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Growth Strategy & Execution
    • Design and execute growth marketing strategies that drive inbound leads and conversions.
    • Leverage product features and functionality to generate leads and accelerate adoption (PLG focus).
    • Develop branding and positioning strategies to establish our products as the leaders in their markets.
  • Digital Marketing Leadership
    • Lead initiatives that put more eyes on the product and elevate brand awareness.
    • Identify and optimize the most effective channels for inbound leads, balancing lead quantity with lead quality.
  • Data & Performance Driven
    • Use analytics, automation, and AI-driven tools to continually refine campaigns.
    • Test and iterate rapidly until strategies stick and scale successfully.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven Track Record: Degrees, yrs. of experience, and certifications are nice, but we are more interested in demonstrated success leading digital marketing initiatives that drove inbound leads, conversions, and revenue growth in SaaS and across multiple markets, while increasing brand awareness. 
  • Strategic + Consultative + Tactical: Comfortable being the strategist, the advisor, and an executor - able to architect plans and campaigns, provide insight and guidance to marketing teams, and roll up your sleeves and help deliver results.
  • Technology-Driven: Familiar with AI, automation tools, and the evolving digital marketing landscape. Always curious about emerging tools, competitors, and trends.
  • Mindset: Intelligent, energetic, forward-thinking, and not afraid to experiment. Curious, continuously learning, and driven to innovate.
