We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Growth Marketing, you will play a key role in managing marketing automation, executing marketing campaigns and events, and supporting various digital marketing initiatives. The Marketing team is dynamic, driven, and highly engaged and we are seeking a motivated team player to join us. This is an excellent opportunity for a digital marketer who is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and deploy email campaigns in Pardot, ensuring effective segmentation and personalization to nurture leads and drive conversions
- Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights to optimize future campaigns
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure emails are visually appealing and on-brand
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize email subject lines, content, and calls to action
- Maintain social media calendar and support execution of social media strategy on LinkedIn
- Assist with the logistical execution of marketing events and campaigns, including webinars, conferences, and trade shows
- Support with updates and ongoing maintenance/optimization of the corporate website, including Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or demand generation role (preferred)
- Experience with a marketing automation platform (e.g. Pardot, Hubspot, Marketo) and/or Salesforce CRM is considered an asset
- Experience with website content management systems (e.g. WordPress) is considered an asset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Security-Related Responsibilities
- Compliance with Information Security Policies
- Ensure access management is performed in compliance with the employee's role and responsibilities
- Responsibility and accountability for executing League's policies and procedures within the department/ team
- Notification of HR, Legal, Compliance & Security of any incidents, breaches or policy violations

This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for base salaries for the position across all Canadian locations. Where in the band you may land is determined by job-related skills/experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range specific to your skills and experience during the hiring process.

$50,300—$75,500 CAD
