About this roleWe are looking for our first Growth Marketer to join our dynamic team at Creatify. In this role, you will be at the forefront of driving user acquisition, retention, and engagement across multiple channels. Whether you’re passionate about writing engaging blog content or creating captivating videos, you’ll have the opportunity to leverage your unique skills while expanding your expertise in other growth marketing areas. ResponsibilitiesChannel Ownership: Take ownership of one or more growth channels you’re passionate about (e.g., content marketing, social media, SEO, or paid acquisition) and execute strategies to drive growth.
Experimentation: Develop and run experiments to optimize performance and uncover new growth opportunities.
Content Creation: Write compelling blogs, create engaging videos, or design impactful campaigns—whatever fuels your passion.
Analytics and Insights: Monitor key metrics, analyze campaign performance, and use data to inform decisions and improve strategies.
Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Creative teams to align growth initiatives with company goals.
Customer Understanding: Dive deep into user behavior and feedback to tailor growth strategies that resonate with our audience.
Growth Mindset: A T-shaped marketer who excels in one or more channels and is eager to broaden their expertise across others.
Creative Passion: A love for creating—whether it’s writing blogs, making videos, or designing innovative campaigns.
Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to drive growth.
Proven Experience: A track record of successfully driving growth in a previous role or personal project.
