We are hiring a Growth Marketer to join a cross-functional team dedicated to growing and retaining SoLo’s member base. In this role reporting to the Director of Growth, you’ll own digital marketing campaigns and channels, driving acquisition at the top of the funnel and retention throughout our member lifecycle. You’ll shape growth initiatives and directly contribute to the success of the product, all while keeping it real with our members.

What You'll Do

  • Impact the full marketing funnel. Lead initiatives to increase conversion, drive retention, and accelerate adoption of new features & products.
  • Execute the marketing strategy for growth experiments and product launches across channels, including email, content, paid, and in-app experiences.
  • Develop and optimize cross-channel campaigns, including member rewards and referral programs.
  • Manage paid channels and campaigns, analyze performance, and raise insights and recommendations to the team.
  • Assist with content creation. Plan and execute social media campaigns (to be transitioned to a community manager)
  • Lead product marketing for new affiliate opportunities, creating outsize value for members while introducing new revenue streams

You're a Great Fit if You've Got:

  •  2+ years of paid media, email marketing, affiliate marketing, earned/media, content marketing, partnerships, and/or other digital marketing strategy experience
  • Experience building innovative campaigns and experiments with demonstrated impacts on acquisition, conversion, or retention
  • Solid experience with Braze (mandatory)
  • Proficiency with communications tools (Talon One, Iterable, etc.) and social media platforms
  • Proficiency with marketing attribution platforms like Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, or Kochava
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

You're an All Star Fit if You've Got:

  • Financial services industry experience or knowledge
  • Interests in decentralized finance, cryptocurrencies, NFT, or metaverse ecosystems
  • Marketing/communications education, or similar/equivalent experience
