The Role

This is not a content or brand awareness role.

You are responsible for generating pipeline, improving conversions, and driving revenue through marketing.

You’ll own the full journey — from attracting the right audience to turning them into qualified discovery calls.

What You’ll Actually Do

Build & Run Lead Generation Campaigns

Launch 2–4 campaign experiments per month across LinkedIn, email, and landing pages

Create and test offers (e.g. CRM audits, automation checklists, free consultations)

Set up and manage outbound LinkedIn workflows (connection → nurture → call booking)


Own LinkedIn as a Primary Growth Channel

Plan and publish 3–5 posts weekly (founder-led + brand content)

Turn internal insights into content (client wins, before/after transformations, breakdowns)

Actively engage with target audiences (comments, DMs, prospecting)


Optimise Website & Landing Pages for Conversion

Audit key pages and identify drop-offs

Create/improve landing pages for campaigns with clear offers and CTAs

Run A/B tests on headlines, structure, and conversion paths


Manage Lead Capture & CRM Flow

Set up and optimise lead forms and pipelines

Build email nurture sequences (3–5 touchpoints per lead)

Track lead sources and movement through the funnel


Execute Email Marketing & Nurture

Send 1–2 targeted campaigns weekly (insights, offers, case studies)

Build automated flows (lead nurture, follow-ups, re-engagement)

Continuously improve open, click, and conversion rates


Run Paid Experiments (If Applicable)

Launch small-budget campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads)

Test audiences, messaging, and offers

Scale what generates qualified leads


Turn Results Into Growth Loops

Double down on what works

Repurpose winning content across channels

Continuously optimise based on performance

Requirements
What We’re Looking For

3+ years experience in growth, performance, or B2B marketing

Proven ability to generate leads or revenue (not just engagement)

Strong understanding of funnels, landing pages, and conversion

Experience working with CRM systems and lead tracking

Comfortable marketing technical or service-based solutions

Fast executor who tests, learns, and iterates quickly

30–60–90 Day Plan

First 30 Days — Understand, Audit, Launch

Deep dive into services, audience, and sales process

Audit website, content, funnels, and CRM setup

Fix immediate gaps (CTAs, forms, tracking)

Launch first campaigns and lead generation offers

Start LinkedIn content + light outbound


Outcome: Campaigns live and initial leads coming in



Days 31–60 — Build the Engine

Double down on what’s working

Build structured funnels (landing page → nurture → call)

Launch email sequences and weekly campaigns

Improve CRM tracking and pipeline visibility

Run initial paid tests (if viable)


Outcome: Consistent, repeatable lead flow



Days 61–90 — Optimise & Scale

Improve conversion rates across funnel

Scale top-performing channels and campaigns

Build content → campaign → conversion loops

Align closely with sales to improve lead quality


Outcome: Predictable, optimised pipeline generation
