As a Growth manager at Codeway, you’ll drive strategy, execution, and performance for one of the world’s fastest-growing photo apps. We’re looking for a versatile, data-savvy, creative marketer who’s eager to test, learn, and grow fast.
What You’ll do
◦ Own end-to-end campaign execution: Plan, launch, and optimize user acquisition campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, and emerging platforms.
◦ Drive creative testing: Work closely with designers and copywriters to develop ad concepts, test new hypotheses, and scale top-performing ideas.
◦ Analyze, learn, and scale: Build and maintain dashboards, track KPIs, and use data to unlock new growth opportunities.
◦ Collaborate across teams: Partner with product, design, and data to understand user behavior and drive meaningful growth strategies.
◦ Innovate fearlessly: Experiment with new channels, creative formats, and campaign ideas — always pushing beyond what’s been done before.
◦ Build global partnerships: Collaborate with ad platform partners (Meta, TikTok, Google) and external agencies.
What you bring
◦ 2+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital growth, or paid media (ideally in mobile apps or consumer tech).
◦ Strong knowledge of paid social platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, etc.) and campaign optimization.
◦ Analytical mindset: confident using data to guide creative and budget decisions.
◦ Creative curiosity: you love testing new ideas and discovering what resonates with audiences.
◦ Collaborative energy: great communicator who thrives in fast-moving, cross-functional teams.
◦ Optimization and AI curiosity: a continuous drive to improve efficiency and a strong interest in adopting AI tools and agents to enhance everyday work processes.
◦ Fluent in English.
