Lovi is an all-in-one AI cosmetologist that helps people evaluate their skin conditions, select the appropriate skincare program, and follow it for the best results.

We’ve developed the iOS version of our app. Here are some key features:

  • Personalized skin evaluations through a unique 12D skin analysis.
  • Customized skincare programs based on cosmetic scanner and ingredient analysis, all scientifically backed.
  • Daily personalized plan with specific actions to support the skincare journey.
  • Ongoing guidance through the Lovi AI Assistant and a user-friendly tracker for monitoring progress and developing healthy habits.

We are thrilled to begin the search for a Growth Manager focusing on web funnel and monetization of parts to join our team. You'll be part of a cross-functional team aimed at driving revenue-centric solutions that align seamlessly with our overall growth strategy. You will work alongside marketing, analysts, engineering, product managers, designers, UX researchers to achieve ambitious growth and revenue targets..

You might be the one if you have:

  • 3+ years experience in growth in B2C subscription apps, with expertise in Marketing-led growth, CRO and paid marketing.
  • Proven track record of building engaging storytelling onboardings that are tailored to different user segments.
  • Proven track record of successfully driving growth through market analysis, user researches, CRO, and revenue-centric strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Ability to execute under deadlines and accountability for ambitious goals.
  • Growth/marketing experimental mindset with a desire to learn and iterate at a rapid pace.
  • Highly data-literate approach with a strong revenue growth intuition based on pattern customer behavior and market trends.
  • Confident and clear communication skills with the ability to create the right narrative for sharing ideas at every level in the organization.
  • Fluency in English (B2+).
  • (Bonus) Passion for skincare and interest in AI technology.

Your primary goals will be to analyze the web-to-web funnel and pinpoint areas that can be improved. This involves concentrating on acquisition, activation, conversion optimization, retention, average bill, LTV, organic growth, and referral growth. It's crucial to find a balance between generating revenue and retaining users.

Our current team

The current team is pretty small: we have less than thirty team members. Most of our fellow colleagues are engineers — ML, backend, iOS, and web developers. The product team also includes several designers, analysts, product and content managers as well as UX researchers. We collaborate with many scientists to make sure our app is in line with the existing body of research.
