We’re looking for a full-stack Growth marketer to be responsible for running programs that drive pipeline for the LogRocket Sales team. Our Growth team is high-performing, integrated across the entire prospect to customer lifecycle, and understands how marketing helps sales drive revenue. This means you’ll be a part of a diverse set of programs, from content-based programs, to paid performance marketing, to SDR-driven campaigns, and beyond.
This role will work closely with our Director of Growth and VP, Marketing to conceive of and execute new ways to drive sales pipeline as well as scale programs that have gained traction. Additionally, you’ll work closely with our Content team to create artifacts worthy of our prospects’ attention, and our SDR team to ensure execution from beginning to end. You’ll have to be a great: communicator (both internally and externally), writer, and creative problem solver. Beyond that, though, you’ve got to be able to distill the main goal and breakdown the key drivers that are vital to success of a program.
This role is open to candidates located in the greater Boston area
What you’ll need:
- Minimum 3 years experience running Growth programs
- Ability to be analytical in your approach to problem-solving (and strong intuition)
- Experience in Adwords, Google display, Facebook ads, and/or Twitter ads a plus
- Solid understanding of business analytics and statistics
- A demonstrated history of cross-departmental collaboration with sales, content, and operations teams
- Strong understanding of Sales and Marketing technology, including but not limited to: Marketo, Instapage, Salesforce.com, Outreach, Zapier, our own in-house built solutions

- HTML, CSS & JS experience highly desired
- Background in the session replay, product management, application performance monitoring, or web analytics spaces
