Role Summary

As the Growth Manager, EMEA Marketing, you will be responsible for supporting our demand generation and growth initiatives in the EMEA region. As a key member of the marketing team, you will be responsible for crafting and executing regional marketing strategies that build brand awareness, generate demand, and drive customer acquisition and growth. This role is highly collaborative, requiring close alignment with sales, product, and global marketing teams to tailor campaigns for the unique needs of EMEA markets. You will play a critical role in shaping our go-to-market approach and building a localized marketing engine that fuels our expansion in this strategically important region.

Responsibilities:

  • Regional Marketing Strategy: Help to develop  the go-to-market strategy for EMEA following clear goals and objectives that closely align with growth targets and regional nuances.
  • Demand Generation & Campaign Execution: Support  the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns through digital channels, events, webinars, and ABM initiatives that drive pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborate closely with sales and the relevant teams to ensure regional initiatives support our overarching go-to-market strategy, customer success, and sales objectives.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Define, track and report on key metrics for success, including campaign performance, lead quality, MQLs, SQLs, and pipeline contribution for the EMEA regions.
  • Budget Management: Own the EMEA marketing budget, ensuring efficient spend across campaigns and vendors.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2–5+ years in regional B2B marketing across UK/EMEA
  • Strategic execution: Proven track record designing and launching regional campaigns that drive growth.
  • Market knowledge: Deep understanding of EMEA market dynamics, cultural nuances, and regulatory requirements.
  • Channel expertise: Hands-on experience across field marketing, digital, content, demand gen, and ABM.
  • Communication: Strong writing, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Analytical mindset: Skilled in using data to measure performance and optimize marketing programs.
  • Adaptability: Thrive in fast-paced, changing environments with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Tools: Familiarity with platforms like Salesforce, Google Analytics, Looker, and HubSpot.
  • Nice-to-have: experience managing budgets, AI/ML marketing experience
