Senior Full Stack Engineer, Core Product

As a Growth Engineer at Augment, you’ll work across the stack to design and build features that drive user acquisition, engagement, and monetization. You’ll collaborate closely with product, design, marketing, and data to run experiments, ship impactful product improvements, and accelerate our growth trajectory. • Build and ship full-stack features and experiments that drive key growth metrics such as activation, retention, and revenue.
• Partner with product, design, marketing, and data to identify growth opportunities and implement scalable solutions.
• Contribute to the technical direction of growth initiatives—balancing speed, quality, and long-term maintainability.
• Analyze experiment results and use data to inform decisions, iterate on features, and identify new areas for growth.
• Bring curiosity, creativity, and strong product thinking to help shape user experiences and improve conversion funnels.

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with strong full-stack or frontend expertise.
• Expertise in modern frontend frameworks and languages (e.g., TypeScript, React, Svelte, Kotlin, Java, or similar)
• A track record of shipping high-impact features in fast-paced, experiment-driven environments.
• Product intuition—you think about the user experience and business impact of the code you write.
• A growth mindset—you’re energized by solving ambiguous problems, exploring ideas, and iterating quickly.
• Strong collaboration skills—you’ve worked closely with cross-functional teams and value shared ownership.
• Comfort with data—you can analyze metrics, run A/B tests, and use results to drive technical decisions.

• Experience working on monetization, activation, or retention features.
• Exposure to growth engineering in startup or high-growth environments.
• Experience with developer tools, SaaS, or AI-based products.
• Comfort talking to users or reviewing feedback to inform product iterations.
