The Role

As our Growth Lead, you will play a foundational role in driving adoption of USDH, overseeing relations with market makers, and laying the groundwork for partners to join our ecosystem.

Responsibilities

Drive USDH integrations with as many projects as possible
Support relationships with market makers: vet, onboard, negotiate terms, monitor performance, and ensure USDH liquidity and tight spreads.
Coordinate cross‑functional efforts: work with product and engineering on integration requirements; with legal/compliance on regulatory and licensing support; with marketing/communications where needed to craft external messaging.
Manage USDH adoption with partners: exchanges, custodians, wallets, pro trading platforms (e.g. Talos, Fireblocks, CoinRoutes), ensuring USDH is supported for buy integrations and operational flows.

Requirements

Experience working with market makers, pro traders, exchanges, custody platforms.
You understand the technical and commercial challenges of integrating a stablecoin like USDH: especially for pro platforms and traders. You can anticipate concerns, de‑risk integration questions, and move deals forward.
