We're looking for a Growth Operations Manager to power high-velocity, high-quality campaign & program execution/strategy. You'll work across demand gen, growth, PMM, marketing ops, events, and sales to transform strategic direction into compelling programs and channel-ready campaigns that resonate with our buyer personas.
The programs are still being built, which means there's genuine input to be had on how they're designed. The right person moves fast, keeps multiple workstreams organized, uses AI tools as a natural part of how they work, and develops strong opinions about what's working and what isn't.
What You'll OwnOwn a top of funnel and pipeline generation number by owning programs and engagement to field events, influencer marketing, webinars, paid advertising, partner programs and more.
Expand Resolve AI reach within the engineering community, driving awareness and trust among technical audiences.
Own and drive integrated campaigns, product launches and highly cross functional strategic programs with Sales and Product.
Design, launch, and optimize acquisition campaigns across multiple channels (social, programmatic, influencer, web optimization) to drive qualified growth while maintaining efficiency and scalability.
Build ABM and Direct Mail campaigns to open pipeline with our target accounts.
Act as a founding member of Resolve’s go-to-market team, helping build the growth engine, infrastructure, and team culture from 0→1.
5+ years of experience in demand gen, program management, or growth marketing in a fast-paced B2B environment.
AI-first mindset. You see AI as an amplifier of creativity, insight, and efficiency in marketing and are comfortable using AI tools.
Familiarity with modern martech stacks and data integration workflows.
Strong project management skills with a track record of running multiple campaigns simultaneously without dropping things.
Proactive by default: you surface problems early and come with a point of view on how to fix them.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, you can clearly articulate growth hypotheses and outcomes to technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.
