Absolute autonomy to execute, test and iterate on strategy
Report Directly to the Head of Growth
Key Responsibilities:
Execute and optimize daily Retention & Acquisition Campaigns across multiple channels
Identify new channels for growth and own the pipeline to get them live
Work closely with partners to identify new opportunities for growth
Perform site visits in collaboration with partners to unlock growth and user activation
Identify issues within product(s) and work with product & engineering teams to triage, prioritize and resolve.
Directly influence product development by identifying areas of opportunity to improve the user experience.
Conduct user research and interviews and help marketing turn these into collateral.
