We are looking for a Growth associate intern to join our commercial team for an internship in the summer of 2026. Your mission will be to ensure Flink robots are deployed across logistics centres worldwide.
What you will do
Work independently to drive forward strategic Flink's go-to-market strategy
Interview customers and partners to identify key product development areas
Support the founding team in startup and go-to-market strategy
What we are looking for
A motivated and driven recent graduate or student (minimum 4th Semester of Bachelor's)
First experience in strategy consulting (or similar), logistics experience is a plus
Excellent communicator in both written and verbal form, German is a plus
