Growth Analytics Specialist

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Growth Analytics to join our team. In this role, you will analyze business performance and execute strategies to drive company's revenue and growth. Your main responsibilities will revolve around:

• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, measure performance, and support growth initiatives
• Work closely with product, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure alignment on growth initiatives
• Generate regular reports on campaign performance, market trends, and customer analytics
• Analyze customer feedback to improve services and product offerings
• Conduct research on competitors and market conditions to support strategic decisions
• Support the design and execution of A/B testing for marketing campaigns to optimize outcomes

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in an analytical role, preferably in marketing or financial services
• Proficient in using data analysis tools such as SQL, BigQuery, Excel, and basic use of statistical programming languages
• Ability to create reports and visualizations using tools like Tableau or Power BI
• Basic knowledge of financial markets, trading principles, and investment products
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively share findings and collaborate with team members
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Flexible and able to adapt to changing project needs and deadlines
• Eager to learn and take on new challenges; proactive in seeking out opportunities to contribute
• Understanding of customer behavior and sensitivity to customer experiences
• Certifications in analytics or marketing tools are advantageous but not required
